Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances Ltd. announced a strong financial performance for the fourth quarter and full financial year ended March 31, 2026, driven by robust demand across product categories and continued focus on operational efficiency.
The company reported a 16.6 percent year-on-year rise in Q4 revenue to ₹218 crore, while annual revenue for FY26 increased 9 percent to ₹943 crore. EBITDA for the quarter grew 19.7 percent to ₹20 crore, with margins improving to 8.9 percent. For the full year, EBITDA rose 22 percent to ₹80 crore, while profit after tax excluding exceptional items surged 45.2 percent to ₹47 crore. The company also generated strong cash flows of ₹88 crore during the year.
Butterfly recorded double-digit growth across categories, with cookers and gas stoves emerging as key growth drivers. The company also relaunched its breakfast appliance range and witnessed rising adoption of electric cooking appliances amid LPG supply constraints.
Commenting on the results, Swetha Sagar said FY26 was focused on strengthening the company’s long-term growth foundation through organisational restructuring, capability enhancement, innovation initiatives and cost optimisation measures. She added that the company’s new brand architecture received a strong consumer response, with the “Idea First Series” emerging as a major growth contributor.
The company stated that improved operational leverage and strategic business initiatives helped deliver strong performance across channels and categories during both Q4 and the full financial year.
